Zam Zam Turnery & Welding Workshop is a specialist steel fabrication and heavy equipment repair workshop based in Musaffah M-11, Abu Dhabi. We have been in operation since 2001 — over two decades of hands-on experience working with contractors, engineers, government entities, oil and gas companies, transport operators, and private clients across Abu Dhabi and beyond.
Our 500 square meter facility is fully equipped for a wide range of metalwork, from straightforward fabrication jobs to complex structural builds and heavy machinery repair. We handle everything in-house, with our own skilled team and equipment, which gives us full control over quality, timing, and cost.
We are a family-run business. That means our clients deal directly with decision-makers, get honest pricing, and receive work that is done properly, not rushed.

When we started Zam Zam in 2001, the idea was simple: do good work, be honest with clients, and build something that lasts. More than twenty years later, that is still the foundation of everything we do.
The UAE construction and industrial sector has grown enormously since we started. Projects have gotten bigger, timelines have gotten tighter, and the standards expected of workshop fabricators have gone up significantly. We have kept pace with all of it, by investing in the right equipment, hiring the right people, and never cutting corners on quality.
What I am most proud of is not the size of our jobs, it is the trust our clients place in us. When a contractor calls us back for the fifth or sixth project, or when a government entity refers us to another department, that tells me we are doing something right.

2001
Workshop Established
Founded at Musaffah M-11, Abu Dhabi. Operations begin with turnery, welding, and basic fabrication work for local contractors.
2001 – 2007
Early Years
Built a strong reputation for quality and reliability among contractors and small businesses in the Musaffah industrial area. Word of mouth drives growth.
2008 – 2014
Growth Phase
Expanded scope of work to include structural fabrication, boundary fencing, parking shades, and steel gates. Client base grows to include government institutions and large contractors.
2015 – 2019
Industrial Expansion
Took on more complex industrial projects including heavy equipment repair, hydraulic cylinder servicing, and large-scale structural steel work for construction and oil & gas clients.
2020 – Present
A Fully Established Workshop
Handling everything from residential fabrication to government infrastructure work, industrial machining, and heavy machinery refurbishment — VAT registered, trade licensed, and serving clients across Abu Dhabi and beyond.
